Cancellation and Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

RBRC is committed to providing high quality recovery coaching services to support your journey. All purchases of recovery coaching services including but not limited to, individual coaching sessions and coaching packages are final. Due to the nature of recovery coaching work, RBRC do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for services not used regardless of the reason for termination.

2. Commitment to Process

By purchasing a session or package, you are making a commitment to your recovery process. No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with the service or a change in personal circumstances. 

3. Rescheduling Policy

While RBRC cannot offer refunds, it's understandable that life happens, you may reschedule any session with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate and are not eligible for a refund or make-up sessions. 

4. Termination

If a coaching package is terminated early by the client, no refund will be issued for unused sessions. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
